Spend the afternoon with herbalist and author Dina Falconi. Explore our property learning about local plant allies of summer and various ways to prepare medicinal plants. Dina Falconi's book Foraging and Feasting: A Basic Field Guide and Wild Food Cookbook is the culmination of the herbalist’s 20-year aim to empower people by fostering a sustainable, regenerative, and ecological way of eating. Her deep knowledge of wild and domesticated medicinal plants will make for a rich survey of the land.
Be prepared to be outdoors the entire class, light rain or shine. The class will include a walk and stationary demonstrations.
